Permanent consular registration

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who have the permission from the Ministry of Internal Affairs to reside abroad permanently are registered at the Consular Section of the Embassy

List of required documents for registration of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan for permanent consular registration:

1. Completed Application form for consular registration.

2. Passport of the citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan and a copy of all pages.

3. 2 colored  (35 mm x 45 mm) photos.

4. A consular fee of 152 shekel is collected for consular registration (76 shekel - for children under 16 years old).
