Obtaining documents from Uzbekistan

To obtain documents from the Republic of Uzbekistan, citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign citizens can apply directly to the archives of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as diplomatic missions and consular offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad.

List of documents for obtaining of documents from the Republic of Uzbekistan through the Consular Section of the Embassy:

1. A completed elctronic form via this portal - https://consulate.mfa.uz/docs/index?language=ru (2 copies).
2. Copy of the passport  (2 copies).
3. Consular fees - 114 shekel (for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan) and 266 shekel  (for foreign citizens). 

The originals of labor and pension books, as well as military ID, cannot be obtained through Consular Section.

Birth Certificate of a minor child is obtained by his/her legal representative. Death Certificate can only be obtained by the relatives of the deceased.

The consular fee cannot be returned if the documents sought by the archival institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan are not found.
